Mikhail Belov

Welcome address

Hello! Let me introduce myself! My field of interest and professional activity is information technology. For more than 20 years, I have been engaged in technology design, engineering of distributed highload solutions, software development, cloud and on-premise integration, data migration, IT infrastructure management, scalable database administration, business process optimization, scientific work, and teaching. I was the first in Russia who created and implemented the Virtual Computer Lab based on the principles of cybernetics 2.0 and self-organization to make the practical training of IT specialists more effective. The results formed the basis for the new educational paradigm in the field of information technology. Also, I have launched the non-profit Dictutor project targeted both at a more productive study of foreign languages and partial decrease of the level of the digital divide between the educational technologies in more than 100 world countries. Moreover, my creative writing is also noteworthy. The «Azimuth of Dreams» mobile application working under Android OS orients towards a general reader. It motivates people, supports their self-improvement and spiritual development, allows them to look on the bright side, set new goals, and achieve them! New contacts, experience exchange, as well as cooperation, are always welcome!
